GeoView®: cartographic data production

At the forefront of research, GeoView® allows the mass processing of data with high performances. Its many applications were conceived to satisfy multiple market needs within both small and large production units. Geoview is the IGN's production tool, commercialised by IGN France International. 

A COMPLETE AND INTEGRATED SOLUTION

GeoView® is a complete software package for the production of cartographic data. Through its integrated structure, it combines the following processes:  

► Image processing
► Photogrammetry
► Cartography 

Geoview® allows the production of digital terrain models, ortho-images and 2D and 3D vector databases. 

It is made up of four modules:  

► Standard module
► Geometric module
► Altimetric module
► Cartographic layout module

 

TARGET AUDIENCE AND REFERENCES

GeoView® is aimed at all entities that produce geographic data: 

► civil, national or regional geographic institutes 

► defense organisations 

Through its technical performance and the accuracy of its results, GeoView® has become a reference solution

GeoView® has been approved by the Ministry of the Defense and the National Centre for Spatial Studies (CNES) and is already used by several foreign cartographic institutes.


GeoView® is the data production tool of the global reference of the global referential Reference3D® and of Reference3D ® Alpha, co-edited by IGN/ SPOT IMAGE.
