The first Vietnam FASEP project was composed of the study of a plan for the modernisation and updating of the land system of the
three main cities in Vietnam: Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh. It was completed by the group comprised of IGN France International, Bull and the Superior Concil of Notaries (CSN).
The project was divided into several phases: the analysis of legal foundations and an inventory for the modernisation of the land administration system, the modernisation of the system of cadastral files, capacity building for LROs (Land Registry), the modernisation of the information system and proposals for the improvement of the single information point mechanism.
The second project on which IGN France International is currently working, this time with the company G2C, focuses on the improvement of the performance of Nha Trang's drinking water services. It consists in the implementation of a GIS, the constitution of databases necessary for the exploitation of the tool and the training of the executives and technicians from the local company for the distribution of drinking water and sanitation.
